Every room measured and sized on its own, because it is the size and use of each room that sets the equipment, not the floor area. Then a fixed price, before anything is ordered.

Most of our work comes from plumbers and installers. Get a design wrong and every plumber in the county knows within a week. Get it right and they keep coming back.
Not as a nice-to-have, but because it is a condition of the government grant existing at all. An independent certification partner checks the heat loss calculations, the system design and the installation evidence before signing it off, and you receive a valid MCS certificate.

As a Daikin D1 partner your equipment comes straight from Daikin rather than through a wholesaler. In a year when lead times across the industry have run to two months, that has kept our projects moving.
The annual service that keeps your warranty valid gets booked before we leave, and we come back and do it. We will also service and repair systems somebody else installed.
Rob designs the heating, Declan runs air conditioning and refrigeration, and one of us will be the person you speak to, the person who surveys your property and the person who comes back to service it.
If your house needs insulating before it needs a heat pump, you will hear that from us before any quote.
Where we work
For breakdowns and repairs we cover a wider area than for installations, so it is worth asking even if you are outside the four counties.
We come to you. There is no showroom and no trade counter, which is part of why our prices are what they are.
